Bagel Pantry Review

Bagel Pantry is easily one of the best bagel spots in Metuchen if not all of New Jersey. Their bagels are always fresh, with a crisp exterior and fluffy interior. Their Bacon, Egg, & Cheese is one of their best bagel sandwiches. The bacon has a delicious flavor that you can taste with every bite. You can get the sandwich with a fried egg or a scrambled egg on the bagel, both of which taste amazing, but in my opinion, the fried egg is better. As for the cheese, it is the perfect addition, because it brings the sandwich together as a whole. If you are looking for simply a regular bagel, I would go with either the Sesame or the Everything, and both are great when paired with butter or cream cheese. The Everything Bagel gives you a taste of different seasonings, while the Sesame focuses on one. Beyond the food, the service here is top-notch. Even when there’s a long line, which there usually is on weekends, the staff moves quickly while still being friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or for grabbing a dozen bagels to bring home. If you’re a true bagel lover, Bagel Pantry is a must-visit – you won’t be disappointed!
